Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. These are handmade items to order, build time is usually 2-4 days depending on volume.

Shipping:

Shipping is USPS First Class. Currently I only ship within the USA.

Payment options:

PayPal Express (Stripe coming soon)

Returns & exchanges:

• I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
• Items damaged in shipping I’ll send you a return label and replace when I receive the damaged item.

Custom and personalized orders:

I will be offering some customization options soon (tassel colors, etc..) I will also be adding a few colors for special occasions such as white for weddings and black for you Halloween fans out there.

Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and complete orders. I do not share or sell customer information. I do not store any credit card or payment information.
